This is a single cask Macduff, a 12-year-old Highland single malt distilled in 2009 and bottled in 2021 by Douglas Laing for its Old Particular series.
It comes from cask 15368, a single refill hogshead that yielded 304 bottles at 48.4% ABV. That is one of the strengths Douglas Laing prefers, and close to 85 Proof in the old UK measure. The whisky is bottled without colouring or chill filtration, in a 70cl bottle.
