Machrie Moor is a ten-year-old peated malt whisky from Isle of Arran Distillers, bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The nose combines intense spice and sweetness with peat smoke and ripe citrus. On the palate it is warm, balanced and rich, with a touch of sweetness sitting behind the spice and a layer of sweet smoke adding weight.
The finish is long, with sweetness, citrus and smoke lingering together.
