Mackmyra – AI:02 Intelligens

Mackmyra AI:02 Intelligens is a Swedish single malt, the second of five recipes created with the help of artificial intelligence. Mackmyra developed it with Microsoft and its partner Fourkind, whose AI solution generated the recipes, while the master blender judged which ingredients worked well together. The whisky is light amber in colour and full-bodied, with vanilla fudge, citrus and a little pepper wrapped in smoky peat and juniper. The nose is fruity, with green pear, honey, vanilla and butterscotch. On the palate come vanilla fudge, citrus, pepper and a clear oak character. The finish is sweet and fruity, with oaky tones and a discreet smoky tail.
