Maclean's Nose is a blended Scotch whisky from the makers of Ardnamurchan Single Malt, in a 70cl bottle at 46% ABV.
The blend has a high proportion of malt, given as 70%, along with a generous share of ex-sherry casks.
On the nose there is sea breeze, a touch of smoke, and citrus and candied fruit. The palate is oily and mineral, with fruit, a little smoke and another maritime note. The finish is pleasant, with hints of oak and vanilla cream.
