This is a Caol Ila from Islay, distilled in 2008 and bottled as the Two Dots tile edition of the MahJong Project, in a 70cl bottle. The distillery's peat smoke is at the centre of it, refined and balanced by fresh citrus and sea salt. It is described as a clean, crisp and smoky dram, with the smoke fine and the citrus fresh.
