This is a 10 year old Speyside single malt from Craigellachie, distilled in 2007 and released as the Octave bottling in the MahJong Project. It comes in a 70cl bottle, and the release is themed on the East Wind of mahjong.
The palate is sweet, with hints of honey or vanilla and a fruity note of baked apples or pears. The finish is smooth.
