A sweet, lightly sparkling Malvasia from the hills of Emilia-Romagna. It has intense aromas of white flowers, peach and citrus, with delicate honey and lightly spicy notes. Fine, persistent effervescence lifts the balanced sweetness, giving freshness and drinkability. Vinified to preserve Malvasia's aromatic qualities and briefly aged, it is harmonious on the palate with a slender body. It works as an aperitif or with light desserts and dry pastries.
