This is a 10-year-old Mannochmore distilled in 2016 and bottled in 2026 by Murray McDavid as a Benchmark bottling. It spent its first five years in hogsheads and the next five in Tawny Port barriques from Caves de Murça. The nose offers ripe strawberries, buttery pastry and a little marzipan. On the palate dry malt meets floral notes and the gentle sweetness of poached pear, and the finish brings orange peel and spicy oak.
