Mannochmore Reserve Cask Parcel 5 is a Speyside single malt from the Single Malts of Scotland Reserve Casks series by Elixir Distillers. It was distilled in 2009 and bottled in 2021 after 11 years of maturation.
Parcel 5 marries whisky from seven ex-bourbon hogsheads. It is bottled at 48% ABV in a 70cl bottle, with no added colour and no chill-filtration.
The nose offers lime, hay, apple sauce, bread-and-butter pudding and red fruit. On the palate come buttered toast, pear drops, vanilla custard, cardamom and apple. The finish is fresh and light, with elderflower, pistachio, lime and white pepper.
