This is an 11 year old Mannochmore, distilled in 2014 and bottled in 2025 by Signatory Vintage at 50% ABV, the strength known as 100 proof.
It matured in quarter casks and hogsheads that had previously held sweet Pedro Ximenez sherry.
The texture is oily. Rich sweetness of dates and raisins is balanced by fruity freshness and gentle oak spice.
