This Mannochmore is a 12 year old Speyside single malt, distilled in 2013 and bottled in 2025 by James Eadie. It was finished in a first fill Pedro Ximénez hogshead and bottled at 52.7% without chill filtration or added colouring.
The release is limited to 284 bottles, each a 70cl bottle.
The nose is sweet, with dried fruit, raisins, dark honey and vanilla, and a little sherry. The palate is full, with dark chocolate, ripe prunes and warm spices. The finish is long and sweet, with fine oak and spice.
