Mannochmore – 12 Year Old Cask Strength Sherry Finish (57.3%)

This is a 12 year old Mannochmore bottled at a cask strength of 57.3% ABV. The whisky was distilled on 12 July 2011 and bottled in January 2024. It is one of 260 bottles in the OLO series. After its initial maturation it was finished in an Oloroso sherry cask from Jerez, Spain. The nose is described as dark chocolate, figs, orange peel, gingerbread and walnuts, with a note of citrus and spice. On the palate come spices and golden syrup with a rich tropical note, and the finish carries spice and tropical fruit.
