The whisky was finished in a first fill Pedro Ximénez sherry barrique, and 315 bottles were filled. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colouring.
The nose combines orange zest and lemon sorbet with sour sweets and sherry spice. On the palate come candied lemon, orange liqueur and bitter cocktail bitters. The finish is medium, with dry citrus acidity and sweet spice.
