This is a 17 year old Mannochmore single malt from Speyside, selected and bottled by Alistair Walker for the Infrequent Flyers series. It is a single cask bottling, finished in Ruby Port casks.
It was bottled at 50.4% ABV in a 70cl bottle, with an outturn of 221 bottles. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colour.
The nose offers red fruit, cherries and raspberries, with vanilla, honey and soft oak. The palate is full and creamy, with port sweetness, strawberry, plums and caramel, balanced by light spice and malty sweetness. The finish is medium to long, with lasting red fruit and soft spice.
