First Wind is a 15-year-old Speyside single malt from Mannochmore, distilled in 2007 and bottled in 2023 by Wemyss Malts for its Single Cask range. It is bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. The whisky matured in a single hogshead, which gave 280 bottles. The name First Wind is a nod to its character. The tasting notes describe it as lively and invigorating, with fresh green apple and sweet fruit, followed by a tart lime finish.
