Mannochmore 2008 Reserve Cask Parcel 7 is a Speyside single malt from the Single Malts of Scotland Reserve Casks series by Elixir Distillers. It was distilled in 2008 and bottled in 2021 after 13 years of maturation, at 48% in a 70cl bottle.
Parcel 7 is built from a selection of casks with a bourbon influence. The series is made up of small, carefully assembled batches.
The notes describe light fruit, vanilla, malt and delicate herbal touches, with a creamy, fruity palate and a medium, dry, lightly spicy finish.
