Mannochmore – 2009 10 Year Old The Single Cask

This is a 10 year old single cask Mannochmore from The Single Cask series. It was distilled on 11 February 2009, matured in a refill bourbon hogshead and bottled on 6 August 2019, with 278 bottles filled. The nose is floral, with sweet malt and cinnamon and vanilla from the cask. On the palate the sweet malt returns alongside cinnamon, vanilla and floral touches, followed by green tea, citrus, lavender and crushed black pepper. The finish brings more oak, vanilla and black pepper, with a little citrus and lavender again.
