An 11-year-old Speyside single malt from Mannochmore, distilled in 2010 and bottled by Berry Bros & Rudd at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It was drawn from a small batch of hogshead casks for the Spring 2022 outturn, and 1042 bottles were filled. This is a spirit-driven bottling, with the distillery's fruity, minerally character balanced by a touch of oak spice. The nose is mineral, grassy and malty, with lime, kiwi, apple and a peppery edge. On the palate come lemon zest, buttered toast and white pepper. The finish is lingering and balanced.
