This is a single cask Mannochmore from Speyside, bottled by Global Whisky Ltd. in 2025 under its OLO label. It was bottled at a cask strength of 57%, non-chill-filtered and of natural colour, with an outturn of 257 bottles.
The whisky was distilled on 12 June 2011 and matured for 13 years, ending in an Oloroso sherry cask, number 98223.
The nose has cinnamon and nutmeg, fresh oak and vanilla, with figs, raisins and dates alongside sweet sherry. The palate is dominated by sweet sherry, dark berries, plums and a hint of orange or citrus peel, with caramel, honey and gentle nuttiness. The finish stays spicy and oaky, warm and elegant.
