This Mannochmore is an eleven-year-old single malt from Signatory Vintage, distilled in 2014 and bottled in 2025 as part of its 100 Proof Edition. It is bottled at 57.1% ABV in a 70cl bottle, non-chill-filtered and with no added colour.
It matured in first fill Pedro Ximenez quarter casks and refill hogsheads.
The notes run to dates, raisins and gentle oak spice, in a whisky that is oily and rich.
