A small batch Mannochmore, distilled in 2014 and bottled in 2025 at 11 years old by the independent bottler Signatory Vintage. It is Edition 51 in their 100 Proof series, bottled at 57.1% in a 70cl bottle. The batch was drawn from Pedro Ximenez sherry quarter casks and refill hogsheads. It is a Speyside single malt, bottled without colouring or chill filtration.
