Mannochmore 25 Years is a Speyside single malt from the Diageo Special Releases of 2016. It was distilled in 1990 and bottled in 2016 at a natural cask strength of 53.4%, in a 70cl bottle, with an outturn of 3954 bottles.
The whisky matured in first bourbon, new American oak and ex-sherry casks.
Tasting notes describe a nose of cream, vanilla, grass, passion fruit, oak and tobacco. The palate begins with sweet tropical fruit, followed by clove, cinnamon, oak, mint and tobacco. The finish is long and warm, with a fresh touch.
