This is a 12-year-old Mannochmore from Speyside, bottled by Cadenhead's in its Original Collection at 46% ABV. The whisky spent all twelve years maturing in bourbon hogsheads and is non-chill-filtered, with no added colour.
Mannochmore was built in 1971 as a sister distillery to Glenlossie, and the two share a site. The tasting notes mention gooseberry, crème brûlée, white pepper, soft wood and clotted cream.
