Mannochmore – Provenance 9 Year Old 2016/2025 (46%)

This is a 9 year old Speyside single malt from Mannochmore, bottled by Douglas Laing in its Provenance series. The whisky was distilled in February 2016, matured in a single refill hogshead and bottled in June 2025. The cask gave 330 bottles. It is bottled at 46%, without chill-filtration and without added colouring, and comes in a cardboard tube with a compass design. The notes describe a fresh, fruity nose of poached pear and honeysuckle, with creamy caramel on the palate. A touch of ginger and honeycomb follows in the finish.
