Maraschino (70cl)

A maraschino liqueur made from Marasca cherries, following traditional infusion and distillation methods. The cherries are macerated so the alcohol absorbs their aromas and colour, then distilled to purify and concentrate the flavour. It is clear and bright, with vivid fresh cherry and sweet almond notes on the nose. The palate is soft and rounded, with balanced sweetness and light acidity, leading to a long, aromatic finish. It is used in cocktails such as the Aviation and Hemingway Special, served cold on its own, or used in desserts and cooking.
