This is a limited edition Mars Whisky from the Iwai Tradition range, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It comes from Yamanashi, Japan.
The Iwai Tradition is aged for over 3 years in a mix of ex-bourbon and sherry casks. This edition was then aged for a further 11 months in PX sherry casks.
The nose is described as classic clove and nougat, with raisin and maple aromas alongside.
