Mars Komagatake 2020 is a Japanese single malt in a 70cl bottle. The whisky was distilled in Shinshu, then moved to Tsunuki for ageing, where the wetter, warmer climate speeds up maturation. The nose is smooth and slightly spicy, with citrus and candied fruit. The palate is fruity, with plenty of vanilla and spice coming through. The finish carries on with a slightly smoky note.
