The 2023 Edition single malt from Mars Tsunuki Distillery in Kagoshima, bottled by Hombo Shuzo in a 70cl bottle at 50% abv. It is matured in bourbon casks and is non-chill filtered.
The nose brings orange marmalade, floral notes, toasted grain and warm pancakes with honey. On the palate, lemon peel meets malty sweetness and a faint trace of smoke, with white pepper and creamy bourbon vanilla. The finish is long and oaky with spice.
