Mars Tsunuki Single Malt 2022 Edition is a Japanese single malt from the Tsunuki distillery, which Mars founded in 2016 in Kagoshima, an island in the south of the country.
Mars belongs to Hombo Shuzo, a company that started with shochu in the early 1900s and began producing whisky in 1949 with the help of Kiichiro Iwai. Its other distillery, Shinshu, is in the Nagano Alps and is the highest whisky distillery in Japan.
