Mars Tsunuki Japanese Spring (70cl, 50%)

Mars Tsunuki Japanese Spring is a limited edition Japanese single malt, bottled at 50% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colouring. The whisky brings together spirit from three of Japan's climate zones, from tropical conditions to alpine altitudes, and was matured in bourbon, sherry and port casks. Cherry blossom motifs decorate the presentation, and some bottles have cherry wood cask lids. Fine smoke and sweet exotic fruit lead on the nose. The palate offers dark chocolate, honey and cocoa powder with hints of hazelnut, and the finish is lasting, with fruit and a gentle smokiness.
