Mars Tsunuki – Single Malt Japanese Whisky Edition 2026

Mars Tsunuki Edition 2026 is a Japanese single malt that marks ten years since the distillery was founded in 2016. It is made from malted barley and local mineral spring water by Hombo Shuzo. The spirit matures in bourbon and sherry casks in a basin climate with large swings in temperature. The nose shows dried dates, orange peel, ripe apples and roasted nuts. On the palate, honey wraps around pineapple and peach, with the sharpness of kumquat. The finish holds soft vanilla, a sherry note and a fine dryness.
