Martini & Rossi Fiero

Martini & Rossi Fiero is a low-alcohol vermouth made with 100% natural colour and flavour. Its character comes from sweet Spanish oranges from Murcia, cut by hand into long strips and left to dry naturally on linen threads in the Italian sun. The method is laborious and yields small quantities, but it keeps most of the essential oils in the peel. The result is bold in colour and flavour, with intense citrus and a hint of bitterness from artemisia, the aromatic botanical used across the Martini & Rossi range.
