Matsui The Kurayoshi Pure Malt is a Japanese malt whisky from Matsui, in a 70cl bottle. The nose is savoury, with the aroma of malt, and the whisky is softly refreshing in character overall. In the mouth, acidity, bitterness and sweetness sit in balance. Raisins, nuts and vanilla provide the sweetness, and they spread harmoniously across the palate.
