McKenzie Single Barrel Wheat Whiskey is made by Finger Lakes Distilling from a mash of 60% wheat, 20% corn and 20% malted barley.
It is aged for two years in used bourbon barrels and bottled as a single barrel whiskey.
The finished whiskey is described as exceptionally soft, with notes of toffee, sherry-vanilla and toasted oak.
