Mezcal Valente Garcia Coyote (70cl)

This is a mezcal produced in the Palenque Oaxaca territory, made from carefully selected wild agave. It is distilled in small copper stills and shows intense smoky, earthy and dried fruit aromas. On the palate it is balanced and enveloping, with a long, persistent and slightly spicy finish. It can be enjoyed neat or in carefully considered cocktails, and pairs with typical Mexican dishes such as tlayudas or mole.
