Fleeting is a single cask whisky from Michel Couvreur, distilled in Scotland on 22 January 2009. It was bottled on 29 April 2025 at its natural cask strength of 48%, without chill filtration, in a 50cl bottle.
After more than 16 years of maturation in Burgundy, it spent time in Meursault white wine casks from Florent Garaudet. The bottling shows how whisky and Burgundy wine work together.
The release is limited to 631 numbered bottles worldwide.
