Michter's Bourbon is a Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 45.7% ABV and matured in American oak.
It is made from a mashbill built around American corn. Each small batch is vatted in a holding tank that takes no more than twenty full barrels, so every barrel has to carry its weight and there is no room to blend out a weaker one.
It is described as nuanced and mellow, with an earthy character.
