Michter's US 1 is a Kentucky straight bourbon in a 70cl bottle, made from a mashbill built on American corn.
Each batch is small. The bourbon is vatted in a holding tank sized for a maximum of twenty full barrels, which leaves no margin for blending out imperfections and so asks for quality from every barrel.
It is described as nuanced, mellow and earthy.
