The first edition of the Provisions Series from Milam & Greene, the Texas distillery, released in autumn 2025. It is a blend of straight bourbon whiskeys, bottled at 50% (100 proof), and was selected by Master Blender Heather Greene.
The bottle carries the Edwards Plateau batch label, a reference to Texas.
The notes are of honeyed oak, warm spice, toasted vanilla, stone fruit and toffee. The palate is bold yet refined, and the finish is long and elegant.
