Milam and Greene Very Small Batch Bourbon Batch 1 is a bourbon bottled at 54% ABV in a 750ml bottle. It blends 20% Kentucky bourbon with 80% Tennessee bourbon, and the blend was finished at the Milam & Greene distillery in Blanco, Texas.
For the last two weeks it rests in vatting tanks on house-charred French oak staves, cut from casks that once held tawny port and the brand's rye. The bottles are filled and labelled by hand.
It is usually described as bold and full-flavoured, with dark fruit and oak spice and a tawny port sweetness underneath.
