Milam & Greene Very Small Batch Straight Bourbon (54%)

Milam & Greene Very Small Batch is a Kentucky straight bourbon blended by master blender Heather Greene and her team and bottled at 54% ABV. Its mash bill includes malted rye. The bourbon is finished in sundried, house-charred French oak, which adds notes of marshmallow, dark fruits and baking spices. Greene chose the proof to avoid overpowering woody compounds and to let the esters come through, with their fruity, floral and herbal character. The mouthfeel is full-textured.
