This is Milk and Honey Sherry Cask Finish, a single malt from Israel, in a 70cl bottle. It was made with casks hand selected in Jerez, Spain.
The nose is dominated by rich red fruit, with gentle oak, caramel and lemon freshness. The palate is medium bodied, with light fruity sherry sweetness, rich fruits and dark chocolate, then gentle oak.
The finish is long, with dark chocolate lingering, followed by tobacco and oak.
