This is a four-year-old Israeli whisky from Milk & Honey, bottled by Thompson Bros. It was distilled on 16 January 2019, matured in an ex-rye barrel and bottled in 2023 at 57.1% ABV. Only 285 bottles were filled, in 70cl size, and the label uses artwork by KMG.
The nose brings apricot Danish pastry, cinnamon, fennel, caraway and cumin, with pink pepper, kumquat and ginger syrup. The palate has light tannins, grilled peppers and asparagus, apricot and ginger juice, and the finish is long and spicy.
