Milk & Honey Apex Dead Sea Single Malt (70cl, 56.5%)

Apex Dead Sea is a single malt from The Milk & Honey Distillery in Israel, released as a limited edition in the distillery's Apex series. It is bottled at 56.5% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The whisky was aged in the Dead Sea, the lowest place in the world, and the hot, dry climate of the area is part of its story. It has won a Double Gold at the 2021 San Francisco World Spirits Competition and a Grand Gold at the Frankfurt International Trophy in 2022.
