Milk & Honey APEX Peated is an Israeli single malt whisky bottled at 58.2% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is made from a peated new make spirit that forms the foundation of the whisky, giving a gently peated character. Maturation takes place entirely in ex-bourbon casks.
The whisky won a gold medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2024.
