Apex Peated STR is a cask strength single malt from the Milk & Honey Distillery in Israel, bottled at 58.9% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It belongs to the distillery's Apex series.
The peated new make spirit was filled into ex-red wine casks that had been shaved, toasted and re-charred. The STR technique was developed by the late Dr Jim Swan, a consultant and friend to the distillery.
