Milk & Honey Apex Pomegranate Wine Cask is an Israeli single malt from The Milk & Honey Distillery, in a 70cl bottle. It is described as the first whisky in the world to be aged in a pomegranate wine barrel.
The whisky was aged in a bourbon barrel, then finished for six months in a former pomegranate wine barrel, which brings the flavour of the local Israeli pomegranate fruit.
