Milk & Honey – APEX Terroir Dead Sea (70cl, 55.5%)

This is an Israeli whisky from Milk & Honey, matured beside the Dead Sea, the lowest place on Earth. It is bottled at 55.5% ABV in a 70cl bottle. At that spot the air pressure and high temperatures draw plenty of flavour out of the casks, and the whisky is meant to show the climate it matured in. It is described as full of minerality and spice, with a well-rounded sweetness.
