Milk & Honey Classic is a single malt made in Tel Aviv, Israel, and sold in a 70cl bottle. It is matured in ex-bourbon casks and in red wine STR casks, which give it a light, balanced character.
The nose is gently sweet with vanilla, light oak and floral notes. On the palate it is light, with vanilla caramel and honey sweetness, balanced by woody notes and a little black pepper. The finish is short and delicate, with the wood lingering a while alongside a light spiciness.
