Milk & Honey Classic is an Israeli single malt, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It is made from ex-bourbon casks and red wine STR casks, which give it a light, balanced character. Milk & Honey is Israel's first single malt distillery, began operating in 2014 in the south of Tel Aviv, and all its products are Kosher.
The nose is gentle vanilla sweetness with light oak and floral notes. The palate is light-bodied, with vanilla, caramel and honey sweetness, woody notes and light black pepper. The finish is short and delicate, with oak lingering alongside a light spiciness.
